7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.

In accordance with French law, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer only upon physical receipt of the goods.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

- in original condition
- in original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of returned goods.

- the guarantee against hidden defects
These guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty.

NAYANA shall not be held liable for indirect damages.
